St. Helen’s Park is a small North Surrey neighborhood that made some big news when the residents successfully lobbied the city to “downzone” the neighborhood – effectively limiting the size of new homes and preventing large “mega-houses” from replacing the smaller homes that make up the neighborhood.

sthelenspark.com is a small website/blog run by a couple who live in St. Helen’s Park. The goal of the site is to spread neighborhood news to it’s residents, document the history of the neighborhood and hopefully, in the process, raise the profile of our little part of Surrey.
